A bond exit clean is a detailed, end-of-lease clean designed to meet real estate and property manager inspection standards. It goes well beyond a general or maintenance clean and focuses on detail, presentation, and areas that are closely checked during final inspections.

Bond exit cleans are charged on a per-cleaner, per-hour basis, rather than a fixed “per day” price. A minimum of two cleaners applies. This allows us to complete the clean thoroughly and to real estate standard without rushing or compromising on detail.

Every property is different. The time required depends on factors such as:

• The size of the home
   
• The overall condition
   
• Level of detailing required
   
• Presence of pet hair, wall marks, grease or build-up
   
• Whether the property is vacant and fully accessible
   

Providing a fixed price upfront often leads to rushed work or missed details. Labour-based pricing ensures the clean is done properly.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. As a guide:

• Smaller or well-maintained properties may be completed in one visit
   
• Larger homes (such as 4-bedroom properties) commonly require more than one visit to complete all detailing to bond standard
   

This is normal for a high-quality bond clean.

Not always. While we aim to complete as much as possible in a single day, completion in one visit cannot be guaranteed, especially for larger homes or properties requiring extensive detailing.

Our priority is quality and inspection readiness, not speed.

In some cases, we may allocate additional cleaners to help complete the bulk of the clean more efficiently and reduce the number of days required.

• Additional cleaners are charged at the same agreed hourly rate
   
• There are no surcharges
   
• This approach helps manage fatigue and maintain consistent quality
   

Our bond exit cleans include extensive detailing, such as:

• Full internal clean of all rooms
   
• Bathrooms and toilets detailed
   
• Kitchen surfaces and appliances (external)
   
• Internal and external windows (within reach), including frames and tracks
   
• Wardrobes, doors, skirting boards, switches and handles
   
• Walls spot-cleaned where required
   
• Blinds dusted and detailed
   
• High attention to detail throughout
   

This service is designed specifically for bond and real estate inspections, not basic cleaning.

Carpet cleaning is quoted separately, as it is a specialized service. Any carpet cleaning costs will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance.

If areas are not accessible (for example, garages or rooms with remaining belongings), those areas will be listed as outstanding. Once access is clear, we can return to complete those items as required.

At the end of each cleaning day, we provide a progress update outlining:

• What has been completed
   
• What remains outstanding
   
• Next steps, if further cleaning is required
   

This keeps everything transparent and allows you to make informed decisions.

Payment is due at the completion of labour for each cleaning day.

If multiple visits are required, charges apply only for the time worked on each visit.

Payment plans may be discussed in advance where needed.
